copie-de-pierre-hardy21.jpg Shoe fanatics couldn’t hide their enthusiasm last fall when the Gap announced renowned shoe designer Pierre Hardy the latest to head the stores Spring shoe collaboration. Having creatively delivered to high fashion houses as Dior, Hermes and Balenciaga, Hardy seemed to have effortlessly channeled his knowledge of couture simplicity into the casual chic of the Gap. With special collections available in the UK, France and America, the stateside Clutchette collection features funky platforms, gorgeous Grecian flats and fun wedge sandals ranging in price from $78 to $98.

Fashionistas barraged the 75 select Gap Stores nationwide that received the special shipment this Spring. So, while it might be hard for you to score your favorite pair at your local Gap, you can go www.gap.com to make your purchase!

Not impressive to me. I understand “understated elegance,” but these shoes look like any pair of wedges, sandals, and flats found in any Macys and Nine West in the mall.

  • Nothing Spectaular at all about these shoes. The style is soo done sooo last season. And not very attractive.
