Eartha Kitt will be truly missed as she was a pioneer in entertainment for African Americans. Before Halle Berry and Angela Bassett she showed the world that beauty came in color. May her soul rest in peace.

  • I found some archive photos of Eartha Kitts career and I feel like I missed out. She has done a lot of work, especially early in her career that many of this generation have never seen. I plan to search for some of her earlier work.

This is sad. One of my favorite quotes from her is, “I am learning all the time.
    The tombstone will be
    my diploma.” RIP Eartha~
