In what seems like the longest public meltdown ever, the people over at CBS have had enough of Charlie Sheen’s brand of crazy. In a statement released yesterday, TV executives said they’re giving Carlos the boot. “Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of ‘Two and a Half Men’ for the remainder of the season.” [Access Hollywood]

Although the HuffPo has approximately 180 paid journalist on staff, much of its content comes from unpaid bloggers. But don’t expect that to change anytime soon. After a few bloggers threatened to go on strike because they wanted to get paid, HuffPo founder Arianna Huffington called their bluff.
