Seattle native and Rock god Jimi Hendrix is set to be honored with a park named for him in his hometown, according to Black Voices. Three possible development plans for Jimi Hendrix Park will be unveiled tonight at Washington’s Northwest African American Museum. The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce reported that a final design for the six-acre park will be decided upon by August 10th.
