After much speculation and rumors, it is now confirmed that Stacey Dash will not be returning to play Val on the next season of VH1’s Single Ladies. Instead she will head home to L.A. and focus more on playing the role of mom. She told Global Grind:

“I truly enjoyed playing Val on ‘Single Ladies’, but I have decided to leave the show. I have to be back in LA with my children right now and the ‘Single Ladies’ shooting location makes that impossible. I wish VH1 the best of luck with the show and in maintaining the strong fan base we developed in season one.”

I am going to miss her character and the gorgeous outfits she wore each episode thanks to her talented stylist, Anthony Williams.

Now that we have confirmation we’re saying Goodbye to Stacey, let’s take a look at the outfits she made famous while on Single Ladies:

1. BCBG Max Azria Suit

Stacey wowed audiences in this power suit she wore in the first episode of the hit show. Anthony Williams chose the look to show that while she valued love, she was about her business.

2. Vintage Shirt and Tuxedo

Stacey looked beautiful in this tuxedo look with a feminine twist, which is a popular trend this season. The shirt is vintage and Williams calls it his “Look for Less.”

3. Calvin Klein Black Dress

This Calvin Klein little black dress fits every curve on Stacey’s petite body. She looked sexy but still demure and classy like her Southern belle character.

4. Color Blocking

Stacey was stunning in this memorable color blocking ensemble. The Jill Sander fuschia top bounces off her green bow skirt in just the right way. Williams is a professional at the color blocking trend.

5. Yellow Minidress

It was all about fun and color for Stacey’s wardrobe this season and Williams knew exactly how to highlight Stacey’s beautiful skin tone with this vibrant hue.

Stacey Dash will be missed.

Now the question that remains is: who should replace Stacey Dash as Val? Will you continue to watch Single Ladies without Stacey?
