Further solidifying their ‘power couple’ status (and maybe quelling some of those nasty breakup rumors), Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith have become minority shareholders of the Philadelphia 76ers basketball franchise. The new Sixers ownership group is headed by Joshua Harris, a New York multibillionare and also includes David Blitzer, Art Wrubel and Jason Levien, a ¬†former Sacramento Kings executive.

As you probably know, Smith is one of Philadelphia’s most famous native sons (“West Philadelphia, born and raised”); this new partnership puts Smith amongst the ranks of other celebrity team owners such as Jay-Z (Brooklyn Nets), Venus and Serena Williams (Miami Dolphins) and Nelly (Charlotte Bobcats).
