Sometimes we have a tendency to engage in negative self-talk about our bodies, intelligence, relationship prospects, and everything else in between. Stop it. The world will try to beat you down enough, why help them out? If you feel powerful, beautiful, successful, and worthy you will begin to act accordingly. So, when the doubts and negative voices creep into your mind, kill the noise, and remember you’re better than that.
