Tired of rocking the same ‘ol basic red lipstick or nude glosses every time you go out? Give these 6 new lip looks a spin! (And don’t worry, you won’t find any bright blue or leopard-print sticker looks on this list. *winks*)

Berry: A deep, bold, and daring pop of color! Try: M.A.C. Satin Lipstick in “Rebel” or NYX Jumbo Lip Pencil in “Narcisse”

Red-Orange: Brighter than your traditional red. More wearable than an orange. Try: NARS Semi-Matte Lipstick in “Heat Wave” or M.A.C. Matte Lipstick in “Lady Danger”

Lavender Gloss: The perfect blend of pink and purple, worn great alone or over your fave lipstick! Try: Laura Mercier’s “Nude Lilac” or YSL’s “Golden Lavender”

The New Nude: Not too light, not too pink, not too chalky. Just right. Try: Bobbi Brown “Uber Beige” Lipstick or Dolce Gabbana Classic Lipstick in “Seduction”

Matte: No shine or gloss needed. Pure, dramatic color. Non-Drying. Try: NARS Velvet Matte Pencil in “Dragon Girl” (The Perfect Red!) or Revlon Matte Lipstick in “Wine Not” (Dark, vampy, wine color – not for the timid!)

Intuitive Gloss: The perfect shade of pinky gloss based on your skin’s natural chemistry! Goes on clear and changes in seconds. Try Trish McEvoy’s Instant Pick-Me-Up Lips in “Shimmer” or Smashbox’s O-Gloss
