Now that 2012 has finally arrived, Republicans and Democrats are
gearing up for another presidential election. In 2008 President Barack
Obama stole the nation with his “Yes We Can” campaign. This year he
has enlisted the help of singing sensation Beyonce Knowles along with
her mother Tina to design a custom t-shirt for his campaign.
The shirt will include phrases such as “transform a nation together,”
“words do inspire,” “greater together” and man more randomly scattered
across the shirt. The current fundraiser is a sequel to the 2008
“Runway to Change” and is titled “Runway to Win.” The proceeds will go
to the Obama Victory Fund. Pre-orders are being taken now and all the
items are slated to go on sale online on February 7.
