June Ambrose’s new VH1 show Styled By June focuses on revamping the images of the entertainment elite, one wayward star at a time. The second episode, which aired last night, featured the rapper Trina. Her problem: everything about her style has always revolved around her booty, but her “raw and provocative” former image just isn’t appropriate for promoting her new alum that has a “poppier” sound. To aid in her crossover by helping her “own her body,” June takes Trina through both a physical bootcamp involving a “Stiletto Workout” that makes my quads ache just watching it. Take a look:

We’ve talked about the pro’s and con’s of rocking stilettos before, but seeing them used in an exercise context makes me realize why I rarely wear them — wearing those things can be a workout in itself. I think I’d have a broken ankle before building an ounce of muscle, but a stiletto workout seems like an interesting new way to tone up.
