michael jackson wade robson

Yes, you read it right … it appears the dearly departed “King of Pop” Michael Jackson is in another child molestation controversy. But this time, Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew won’t have a chance to boost their ratings breaking down what it means if Michael shows up to trail in pajamas and Nick Cannon’s recent wedding coat.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, choreographer Wade Robson — who claimed he frequented the infamous Neverland Ranch — filed a lawsuit against the Jackson Estate for compensatory damages after years of alleged sexual abuse.

Robson apparently met Jackson at the tender age of 5-years-old, claiming he was Jackson’s friend up until the age of 14.

Many are asking why Robson, 30, is just now speaking out about the alleged sexual abuse when he had a chance to pinpoint MJ as a serial abuser in Jackson’s 2005 molestation trial, but professional dancer denied any molestation by Michael.

Check out some of the other details from TMZ:

Wade’s lawyer filed legal docs May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor’s claim against the Estate.  In the documents, Wade’s lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint “for childhood sexual abuse.”

Wade’s lawyer has filed the actual complaint under seal — which means it’s not available to the public.  Sources tell TMZ … the complaint specifically outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson.

Wade’s lawyer also mentions a psychiatrist who treated Wade — the doctor is a leader in the field of child psychology.

Interestingly … in the 2005 molestation trial, Jackson’s former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when the boy was 8 or 9 years old.

Huh? This story makes no sense. First, he claims he was molested, but then when he’s asked, he said no sexual molestation ever occurred. I believe thelatter. This man had plenty of chances to publicly accuse MJ for sex abuse when he was alive. It would have been easy, since the entire press was after anybody who had anything bad to say about MJ. So fake story here, from Robson’s lawyers. Somebody is just trying to draw attention to MJ’s trial as a diversion. Poor MJ. The expoliters just won’t let him rest.

He’s run out of the dirty money he stole from Micheal by lying. Back then, the goal should have been convicting the “so-called child molester,” not getting paid. Just what you’re doing today, TRYING TO GET PAID, AGAIN!!!!!!!

Lol. Get out of here! I remember this dude. He performed with Janet and J.Lo’s ex husband at the tribute performance back in 09 at the VMAS. Either he lied in 05 or he’s lying now. Either way this claim will be dismissed. He waited too damn long plus he testified under Oath that he was never abused.

He should have said something in 05 when the world believed MJ was guilty as sin and the trial was happening. You can’t wait 4 years after the dude die and come with your hand out like ”Hey, can a get 5 million?”

Now, I don’t know if MJ did things with children or not (only him, God, and the kids know the truth) but dude sounds like he want a check and he should have got one when MJ was giving them out lol. Too little too late dog.

I believe him. Mj’s behavior was very suspicious. Hanging out with little boys is not normal for a full grown man. Especially his insisting on sleepovers and sleeping in the same bed. I don’t care anything about him wanting to revisit his childhood with the zoo and roller coaster, its weird that after the first trail he still was on the hanging out with little boys thing. And the fact that he was so blatant with it in the martin bashair interview. I know as black people we love Michael Jackson but its important to remember he was just a man, flawed like the rest of us.–Back when wade robeson testified, his career on ‘So You Think Can Dance?” was taking off. He really created some beautiful work and I thought he didn’t want the negative attention. He probably didn’t want to become a hated man just when his career was taking off. The writing is on the wall with Michael and its stupid that black people insist on defending him. Our community did the same thing with OJ and we knew he was a little off.

If MJ was guilty, Robson had the chance to nail MJ to the wall back in 2005 when he was on trial for molestation because all the media was whipping up public support against MJ. Robson would have been celebrated for admitting abuse, if it happened.

But instead, Robson, as a grown man, sat at a trial and testified under oath that nothing EVER happened. Not only that, Wade Robson has come out about 10 times SINCE MJ died, talking about what a great person MJ was. So why the change all of a sudden? 8 years after the trial and 3 years since MJs death? Sounds like another EXTORTIONIST to me. smh.

who knows what its like to be a victim of sexual abuse at such a young age and for so long. Look how long it took the jerry sandusky victims to come forward. And Jerry’s son denied being a victim of his father’s perversion at first. And lets not even talk about all the grown men who come out 20 years later with accusations against their priest. —In stead of attacking victims we need to face the fact that michael has been accused at least 4 different times by 4 different boys, the two he went to trail for and two former child stars who said nothing so they could save their careers.

so called “great” people do fuck up mess all the time. and assuming he is telling the truth, so what about lying at the trial? ive been sexually assaulted and if im not ready to talk about it, then it will not come out, especially with all these people looking at you funny for going after the king of pop. people underestimate how strong those influences are.

    • The Other Jess

@asdfghjk: I understand if someone is not ready to talk about it for many years, but I don’t understand asking for money years after the fact, plus posthumously. If he wanted to bring abuse by MJ to the light, he would simply do that. Not send a sealed request for money only.

Also, if people are too scared or ashamed to speak out against a criminal when they have a chance, guess what? You allowed the criminal to victimize you again and you lose. Plus, you leave that criminal free to assault someone else. And believe me, I’m not judging. Sex assault has happened to people very close to me, too.

I don’t understand why people are so conflicted about a crime just because it occurs with a penis instead of say, a gun.

If you’re shot, noone is ashamed to call a crime a crime. The same should be said for rape and sexual assault. If you can’t get it together in your head that rape and sex assault are crimes that should be punished, then you lose your opportunity for justice for yourself, allow others to be victimized, and you’ll always let the criminal win.

    • I believe Wade Robeson and I think you’re gonna see the floodgates open.

Everyone in the industry knows MJ had a very ugly problem when it came to pre-teen boys. The man was a musical and performing genius that we won’t ever see the likes of again. But he had demons.

There were rumors about MJ and kids long before the 1993 accusation. He’d been paying off parents of boys for a good decade before anyone had ever heard of Jordy Chandler.

    • aaliyah10

Hey, like I said the only person who knows the truth are MJ, those kids, and God. I personally don’t remember any rumors about MJ till 93 but who knows.

I don’t think this is going to be a big story (majority of people don’t care look at the amount of comments lol) or floodgates are about to open cause he’s not here anymore. Like I wrote before dude waited too long rather it’s true or not and this claim is not going anywhere. He should have said something sooner.

    • The Other Jess

“He’d been paying off parents of boys for a good decade before anyone had ever heard of Jordy Chandler.”

Wow.You’re really reaching there, Kelley. The first was in 1993. Don’t make things up on a man no longer here to defend himself.

And, if you consider your career more important than getting justice for something as horrid as a sexual assault, then you don’t deserve justice. None of these people were starving, you know. They could have gotten other jobs after testifying. Heck, Robson would have has trillion dollar book deal simply for testifying.

      Dude is a liar.

    • BB

First of all black people was not the only people defending him! It was never proven that he was a child molester! The media told a lot of lies on MJ to sell papers! The people that did say he molested them were shady people too!

    • BB, Michael Jackson was a a grown man, who created Never Land not only to live out his own childhood fantasies, but to lure young boys to him. He had numerous “relationships” with young boys over the years. These boys would sleep in MJ’s bed with him. In his room which had an alarm system to alert him whenever someone was within a certain range of his bedroom door. He has made million dollar payments and bought homes for the parents of these boys going back to the 1980s.

The man was a musical genius and he was a pedophile who molested numerous boys. There are about 2 or 3 more victims, now grown men, who are preparing to file claims against the estate.

  • Marisa

Question where was Wade at during the 2005 trial because if you remember they called practically everybody that had some association with MJ, either to testify or gave a statement. Especially the younger people that Michael had in his life like Macauley Caulkin, ok didn’t want to come forward after Michael died in 2009 fine but 2013. Which just so happens to be the year and time when the Jackson family 40 bil suit against AIG ALRIGHTY THEN.

  • wait…when did we decide that o.j is, in fact, guilty (of that particular crime)? and why? {i’m curious}
