I don’t know why people expect New York City to be one huge non-racist melting pot. It is not. And will probably never be. The Big Apple is filled with racist wormy people, and a Gap ad featuring a Sikh recently became someone’s target.

Arsalan Iftikhar tweeted the photo to The Gap not only responded to Iftikhar inquiring about the location of the ad. The company immediately changed their Twitter header image and replaced it with the very image that received the slurs.
