It seems Alexsandra Wright, the mother of Beyonce’s four-year-old brother, has inadvertently ticked off the Beyhive.
Wright tells Inside Edition she has been receiving numerous death threats – over 1,000 last week alone.
“Because this article said that I blamed Beyoncé, which again, let me say for the record, it’s not her fault. I’ve never blamed her. I want the best for her. Everyone is in pain,” explains Wright when asked why.
Um, ma’am, it was reported earlier this month that you said, “I can’t imagine how Beyonce feels knowing she has a homeless brother. I know if I were in the same position, I would reach out.”
But Wright has received help from a homeless support group since then. The forty-year-old former actress, who appeared in a 2001 episode of the TV series Scrubs, has moved out of her three-story Los Angeles home into a two-bedroom, two-bath trailer.
Wright was already on public assistance, receiving about $300 per month in food stamps. And on top of that, a judge cut Mathew Knowles’ monthly child support payments from $12,000 to a little less than $2,500.
Wright again insists she still doesn’t blame Bey for her money woes, though.
“Not Beyoncé’s fault. Don’t hold her accountable. I hold the father of my child accountable.”
