Olivia Allen is on her way to doing big things, and at 10-years-old, she’s already inspiring her peers and helping them to boost their confidence. Allen, who lives in Louisville, KY, recently held a conference to teach her peers about confidence.

The girls, ages 8 to 12, attended the conference and listened to Allen as she gave a motivational speech that could rival some adults.

Allen spoke about the physical, social and emotional changes young girls experience when they enter puberty, and how those changes affect their confidence and self-esteem.

Allen created the “I Can Be” conference to help young girls her age to follow their dreams.

“They can follow their dreams. It doesn’t matter what kind of dreams they are,” Allen said. “If they want to be a unicorn, be a unicorn or something like that. … and to just always believe in themselves.”
