Former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to two charges that include traveling out of state to have sex with a minor and distributing and receiving child pornography. Fogle will appear before a federal magistrate Wednesday morning to enter the plea.

USA Today reports:

The plea agreement says Fogle traveled to New York for sex with at least two minors between about 2010 and 2013. It said Fogle asked one of the minor victims “repeatedly … to provide him with access to minors as young as 14 years” for sex.

It says that on “multiple occasions” between about 2011 and 2015 Fogle received child pornography from Russell C. Taylor, the former executive director of his charity, The Jared Foundation.

According to the agreement, prosecutors have promised not to seek more than 12 1/2 years in prison and Fogle’s lawyer will not seek anything lower than a five-year sentence. Fogle will also have to pay 14 victims $100,000 each in damages, register as a sex offender, and will be on supervised parole from anywhere between 5 years to life.

Subway cut ties with Fogle when federal agents raided his home earlier this summer.
