I’m not sure what inspired Atlanta rapper B.o.B to post a series of tweets arguing the Earth is flat, but famed astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson wasn’t here for the Strange Clouds emcee’s hypothesis.

Though B.o.B insists he isn’t a conspiracy theorist, he fired off a series of tweets questioning NASA and hundreds of years of science.

After B.o.B shared several images that included some kinda math that is frankly beyond me, Tyson decided to chime in.

After Tyson weighed in, B.o.B still wasn’t convinced and even asked the scientist if he was a part of a secret society.

Not sure Tyson will respond, but the truth is out there…somewhere…but apparently, not everyone believes it.

He needs to read a remedial science book. His stupid statement reminds me of Sarah Palin say she could see Russia from her backyard.

    • Jo ‘Mama’ Besser

I think Tina Fey said that.

You are correct but Palin does sound like a babbling idiot the majority of the time.

    • Jo ‘Mama’ Besser

Oh, she’s totally left-sided medieval crazy.

    • LOL.

He just wants to be difficult.

Ignorance is not a good look.

Well at least Bobby Ray (B.O.B) has an opinion. Most Rappers or the average American don’t know why scientists claim the Earth is round. Some people don’t even whether the Earth is round, flat, square or any other shape.

This is can spark a scientific debate.

B.O.B is actually one the smartest rappers in the game. He could have just said it to draw attention to an imminent album release. In the music business there’s no such thing as bad press, sometimes you’re better off being talked about than ignored.
