A 30-year-old Queens flight attendant is missing after last being seen at LaGuardia Airport Thursday, January 14.
According to Pix 11 news, Sierra Shields was last seen around noon that day speaking to her supervisor. The Delta flight attendant reportedly quit her job and left the airport in a navy blue dress. Shields never made the flight she was scheduled to fly later that day and still hasn’t been seen since. Her phone and wallet were reportedly found in her apartment.
Shields family has created the Find Sierra Shields Facebook page, asking anyone who has any idea about the young woman’s whereabouts to please come forward. A separate Find Sierra group has also been created to organize efforts to find Shields, such as calling hospitals, searching neighborhoods on foot, and checking shelters.

Shields’ pastor, Larry Mulberry, of the Connection Church in Astoria, Queens, told authorities the church member had spoken with his wife earlier in the week but the two didn’t discuss anything out of the usual. Anyone with information is being asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
