you are not slick and i noticed how you continue to skip over the fact of how too many nappturality members are hateful, racist and make nasty and racist comments about light skin, mixed, hispanic and white people without being checked by either members or admin. i am part black and that site made me start to despise african american females with a passion, and i am not proud of that but i understand more now that i ever wanted to.

you are right and i know that every nappturality poster is not like that, because i was not like that when i used to participate at nappturality. but the way dee and her wack moderators allow their ugly favorite dumb-militant bitches (that are like that) to dictate membership, run the site, then discipline ‘outsiders’ because the ugly favorite dumb-militant bitches constantly ‘report’ and complain about them when the ‘outsider’ broke no rules but wrote comments they didn’t agree with or like, has set the tone and definition for what nappturality is. females interested in being natural and embracing their natural selves need to know this before they join or give over one red cent to that site.

also, I think nappturality is complicit in keeping people enslaved and worse than whitey in it’s “kill count” in many ways i.e. how (i guess in an effort to make fat cow nappturality members feel comfort) they basically rubber-stamp horrendous habits of eating trash food, overeating and being disgustingly fat and ‘get at’ those who speak out against it when ugly big basketball head fat cows complain.

they got them ugly fat rhinos at nappturality comfortable on some crusade to try to change people’s perception of what is beautiful from healthy firm and tight bodies to rolls of blubber, laziness, double-chins and back fat. hate to tell ‘em but that shit ain’t gone happen in their lifetime so they can big up each other all day and dream on!

nappturality has an ignore feature but, instead of utilizing the ignore feature on member’s whose views they did not like, the dumb controlling insecure monkeys lived to read every word. if dee and her lame moderators were real and true women and had even an ounce of integrity, they’d have told complainers to utilize the ‘ignore’ feature but, instead, they chose to go low and act like typical niggers and bend to the cows. dee and her moderators behave as irrationally and stupidly as those dumb niggers in the LA riots that burned their own community but didn’t have the sense nor equipment to go to the source (whitey) and burn that. just dumb! dumb for infinity!

i received way too many e-mails to doubt that my observations about nappturality and a great portion of it’s members, admin and moderators are on point, and are feelings shared by many who were and are afraid to state them due to knowing how illogical, unfair, biased and racist the owner and her moderators can be if one does not tow some designated “black” line or their favorites constantly ‘report’ and complain about posters who broke no rules, but whose comments these fat ugly fucks didn’t like.

Like Clutch said, there are always going to be bad apples and I am determined not to let them deter me from the insight and friendships – the Meet Ups are great by the way – and all that I have gained and continue to gain from being a member of the site :o)

One of the ways I combat negative comments that I come across on various sites is by encouraging those who are wrongfully attacked either by commenting directly on a post and/or sending them a direct message pretty much with the same things I stated in the piece, and providing them with my blog site or email address so they can ask me directly questions that they have. There is a great feature on Nappturality called Adopt a Newbie where you can provide help to those interested or new to the natural hair journey. That, the transitioners board and product boards are my favorite hangouts on Nappturality :o)

Also I want to remind everyone of Hairlista and K.I.S.S. and other hair sites like those, where those who are natural, permed, pressed etc. come together to share product ideas, compete in challenges and so on…

In general I agree that some people over there can be over the top to a point that I belonged for over a year before I even participated due to the rudeness I found in some women. But everyone there isn’t like that and I have seen those people get put in their place many times. I can admit that when a person wants to discuss defining their coils/curls(or discuss hair with looser curls), it can get a little heated, but again, you have a few that go off and the rest are supportive of the questioner. I straighten my hair maybe once every 6 or so months, but I wouldn’t dare discuss that over there. So please stop generalizing, because there are threads on NP where people have discussed the rudeness of some members. Nasty people are going to exist on every site, I don’t believe they are a product of NP.

i DID “stick to the subject” in my first post which was “nappy nazis” and, next, that racist nappturality site, i wrote about nappturality’s fascist tactics in forums that have nothing to do with hair so girls that are considering going natural know the deal before going over there or giving that site money. it is just that you did not like my opinions and, out of everything i wrote, decided to zero in on a figment of your imagination (words i did not write) and accuse of ‘downing dark skin women with kinky natural hair’ and calling me “childish” etc. i gave my opinion and, if you didn’t like it, oh well, but call me another name and i will call you names and cuss you out right back!
