I remember when you guys did a brief interview on Janelle Monae sometime last year. And at the time there was no way for me to listen to her music online. But I saw a pic of her on Theybf.com and I went to Myspace, and lo and behold, she was there. I am soooooo happy that she continued with her beautiful art, she is so talented and a it’s like a breath of fresh air when I hear her music. Definitely a female version of Andre 3000!
She is EXACTLY what the industry needs right now… she is a breathe of fresh air. Has an amazing voice, and even more amazing live performance. She is sure to be around for a long long time.
She’s a bit too spastic for my taste.
