Although it was a bit beginner-ish for those of us with some professional/corporate experience behind us, he shares some awesome points that are especially critical for young men of color. As a matter of fact while I was reading the book, a young man came into the area, plopped down on the couch and threw his legs over the arms of the couch! He should be reading this. For those us us who are already into "corporate america" or for anyone who wants to advance, his tips on having the complete package are great. You have to look the look as well. Good book!
