This interview was awesome! I’m a member of YMIB so when I saw the interview I was immediately smiled and clicked! Ericka and I are so on the same page as far as instead of Black women complaining we need to create! I wrote like 2 blogs that touched on that issue! I also love how she said it’s not really about being natural but its about loving and acceptable your natural self! We are so on the same page! Thanks for this interview! I love to see my sisters supporting each other!UMOJA!

If all black business did this..oh my..what a wonderful world it would be. Great combo. My sisters and I frequent both Clutch and YMIB and I would have never thought I would see the two together. On the other hand, this is Clutch :)

I agree! I have NEVER seen another MAGAZINE – BLACK MAGAZINE support each other unless they are owned by the same company. This is so great! Clutch you are just too much. I am in love with YMIB now too.
