Ahhhhhhhh I saw Ms. Badu twice this year and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I love the fact that she was so interactive with the crowd. She talked to us, educated us, jumped down off the stage with us and let us sing with her.

e is AMAZING. i have always enjoyed her music. i own every album she has. however, i never took the opportunity to see her live. i did & i am hooked for life!!! her spirit, her energy is one that can truly be felt. she lives what she talks about, which is unheard of these days.

Erykah kicked in the door with the 44 on the album! Absolutely one of the best albums for 2008 bar none. My favorite cut is Master Teacher. Ms. Badu has always been a woman of many dimensions and many layers and I think that she tried too hard in times past and forgot that her fans loved her because her music was just that…..music!! Yes experiment, but damn don’t go over people’s heads with it!! I think she realized that and with this album it shows. Way to go Ms. Badu.

I love EB… I rushed to get her album the day it got out. I bought her tix at Radio City Music Hall for 5/9 with the Roots. She’s amazing and an inspiration. I love her ideas with the Control Freaq. Many think she’s off her rocker but she’s dead on center and beating the others at the race…

Hopefully, The Roots, Common, Mos and Dead Prez join her on that venture… That will something worth watching in Hip-Hop.

PS I love that jab at Nas – Hip hop is dead… *smooches*
