First, I love this. Very well written. Second, it is truly amazing how far America has come and how far America has to go as far as race relations are concerned. I will say President-Elect Barack Obama is a step forward but racism didn’t end on November 4th. I hope people don’t begin to think that everything is a-okay. It’s not. However, things are getting better and with our help, President Obama can really help this hurting country. So yeah, I agree with everything you are saying in this blog entry. Thanks for sharing.

Wow!! Tre you said it perfectly…I am saddened of your experience at work…it is sad to hear such comments…My whole family voted for Barack…he is the new inspiration for change. I know he does not have to prove himself, but It IS going to be nice when it starts happening to see what everyone that made those comments has to say when CHANGE starts happening…it will and it will be in a good way! I will be praying for peace for all the people that think negatively!
