Nice article! To a commenter… Angel… GIVE MORE HUGS! Yaayyy!!! But for some reason if someone randomly comes up to me and hug me, I burst out in tears! Just alot of pinned up emotions… but afterwards I always feel better!

giving and receiving hugs are so minor but make a huge difference and smiling makes others want to smile and be around you more

GIve more hugs! Its sound corny, but I’ve started giving hugs because it feels good to me so it must feel good to others. Also smile and laugh more. Set a goal to laugh a certain amount of times in a day or a week. Smile every time you enter a room and watch how the atmosphere changes.
