		<description>Being from the Detroit area...let me just say this: BAMN is full of shit. If they really cared, they would be working to get other schools in the area up to par. By educating the children instead of teaching them its ok to just coast along in college because of an athletic scholarship makes the school something excellent. I can tell you, I know so many people from the local counties that figured their athletic talent was going to take them far (including my cousin, who was playing college basketball until he got injured). Injuries happen, and careers end early. Seriously, they need to get it together. Thats what the problem is out here: nobody takes real academia seriously.
