Kelis Accuses Nas of Not Paying Up Divorce Money
R&B singer-songwriter Kelis claims that her estranged husband, rapper Nas, who she filed for divorced from about two months ago, is not offering her adequate compensation as she is due to give birth to their child this month, according to ThisIs50.com. Kelis filed legal documents alleging Nas is not paying her any support or pre-natal expenses, although she has claimed he bears a substantial fortune. “I have run out of money,” she said. She is requesting that the judge handling the couple’s divorce order Nas to play spousal support, child support, all pregnancy-related expenses and half of all medical expenses after the child is born. She is also asking for $3,500 to pay the baby nurse after the child’s birth, and $20,000 for strollers, cribs and all else necessary to take care of a baby. (Continue Reading…)

Usher’s Wife ‘Faithful and Loving’ During Marriage
lawyer who’s opposed rapper T.I. and boxer Evander Holyfield in child-support cases is representing R&B singer Usher’s wife in their split. Usher filed for divorce on Friday from Tameka Foster Raymond after less than two years of marriage. The singer whose real name is Usher Raymond IV has two sons with Foster Raymond. Sports and entertainment family lawyer Randy Kessler said Monday his 38-year-old was a “faithful wife and loving mother.” He declined to comment on the singer’s conduct during the marriage.
