@ jerseybred no amount of petition signing is going to stop these men from committing these atrocities, i think it would be a better use of our efforts if we donate to organizations that help the women.

Rape is about power, these men need to control and humiliate and scar [for life] their victims. I feel so bad for these babies and women [read the stories on Souls In Stride]. And then to stab/shoot the victims in the genital area and force already degraded [by them] victims to eat excrement or flesh. Its too much but this is their reality.
I will keep them in my prayers and sign the petition [@ http://www.theirc.org ].

This is so sad and it hurts my feelings to read articles like this. It is appreciative that clutch is bringing this to attention. What can we do to help, since we can’t go there and blow the heads off of those who partake in these insanely disgusting and inhumane activities?

My heart tore at the description of some of the abuse that women go through. Is there some way we could help? Perhaps a relief agency we could donate to?

Stories like this truly make a person look at the world around her. It is sometimes difficult to read stories like this, but this is the reality we face. I applaud Clutch magazine for continuing to post articles like these, because it is important to realize what is happening around the world–especially to young women like ourselves.
