83779183Many of us are so busy that we don’t have time to apply a full face of makeup every time we leave the house. When you barely have time to squeeze in a shower and brush your teeth the thought of having enough time to apply contour powder and liquid eyeliner sounds laughable. I actually have to carry my deodorant in my tote because I can’t even spare the minute it would take to apply it in the morning. Yes, I admitted I apply my deodorant in locations other then my house. Don’t judge me.

But we are still expected to look fabulous and put together no matter how much sleep we didn’t get last night or how long you overslept for and where you put your deodorant on at. This isn’t first period and there are no excuses in beauty. The trick is to get your beauty routine to the absolute basics so that you can leave the house fast and in a hurry looking beautiful. The trick for this feat is to find products that make the job easy and quick. I have complied a list of 4 must have products to get to stream line your morning.

p189614_hero1. Moisturizer: Ideally you would have time for some powder or foundation to even skin before you hit the door. But if you don’t then make sure you at least get some moisturizer on your skin. Moisturizer can do a lot for skin including hydrating and moisturizing it and it takes only a few seconds to apply. Dr. Susan Taylor’s RX for Brown Skin Bright and Even Exfoliating Moisturizer ($34, rxforbrownskin.com) is a perfect choice. It is a gentle exfoliating daily moisturizer that removes hyper-pigmented skin cells, while the underlying skin is hydrated. Skin is left looking radiant and hydrated. It’s ideal for dull, uneven, mature, or hyper-pigmented brown skin.

Okay that’s not really a commandant but it should be. With the right mascara you can get brilliant beautiful lashes in two seconds each eye. So there is really no excuse not to put some on. Plus it brightens your eyes and makes you look more put together. Try IMAN Perfect Mascara ($7, sears.com). It has a moisturizing formula that thickens, lengthens and separates eyelashes.

MAKE UP FOR EVER Powder Blush ($19, sephora.com) will do the trick. This unique blush has a high pigment density that makes it last all day. It comes in a range of great colors and coverage, which means you, can find a perfect match for your skin. I would recommend the iridescent shades for work since they give a transparent sheen that makes it almost mistake proof. Which is wonderful news when you’re rushing in the morning.

For work you want to make sure you don’t get a gloss to shinny or sticky. A unique gloss that is perfect for work is Lipgelée by M.A.C. ($18, maccosmetics.com). It is a soft jelly-textured glosser for the lips that is super easy to apply. All you have to do is squeeze the tube and the slanted tip distributes it evenly across lips. Not only does it give you color but it moisturizes and conditions the lips. Comes in a range of wearable shades.

great tips..i do everything here most of the time except the blush part

  • I agree, some lipgloss and mascara can work wonders when there isn’t much time. Another one of my must haves when I’m in a rush is a pencil liner. I can take care of my brows and make the eyes look bigger in two simple strokes.

Great tips! I already use each of these products in my morning beauty routine, except I also use eyeliner and apply it under my eyes.
