Yeah, me neither.
Bravo TV is back with its latest installment of the Real Housewives series. Fresh off of its most successful finale ever (the Atlanta Housewives garnered an astonishing 4.4 million viewers), Bravo hopes to capitalize on the popularity of the Housewives brand with its latest dose of reality TV drama, the Real Housewives of Miami.
The latest Housewives will include Larsa Pippin, wife of former Chicago Bulls star Scottie Pippin, Cristy Rice, ex-wife of former NBA baller Glen Rice, Latin pop magazine editor Alexia Echevarria, Brazilian bombshell and art curator Adriana DeMoura-Sidi, den mother and Obama fundraiser Lea Black, and Marysol Patton, PR Specialist and probably the person with the scariest looking mother I’ve ever seen (all I have to say is, peep the clip).
The Real Housewives of Miami was originally going to be called, “Miami Social Club,” and appear later this year but the title was changed and the series was bumped up, taking the spot of The Real Housewives of New York (which is now pushed back until spring).
So do we care about yet another Real Housewives Series? Well, the verdict is still out, but it seems with the latest installment Bravo is trying to reach out to its Hispanic viewers.
