Somebody get Sir Mix-A-lot on the phone!

This morning while getting my daily Jezebel fix, I came across this video for ‘National Booty Month.’ Apparently, any and everything can get it’s own month these days, so why not the boo-tay?

Leslie Marcus aka Dr. Booty, a self-proclaimed gluteus maximus expert, led Alexis Bellino of the Real Housewives of O.C.  on a series of exercises to strengthen her rear end. As silly as this entire segment was, Dr. Booty gave several good tips to build a toned butt.

With so much emphasis placed on the, ehem, assets of women these days, Dr. Booty’s tips can be a useful addition to any workout plan.
