You guysssssss…. Spring is in the air!!!! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, the fine men have come out of hibernation (different subject – nevermind me). But even more important, your skin has finally let down it’s guard and no longer has to battle the harsh conditions of winter months past. There’s no better time than now to start switching back to your warm-weather skincare regime and trying out new foundations as well. Lord knows we’re all about to step our tan game up, anyway, so we’ll need a new color match for that gorgeous summer glow. Here are two brand spanking new foundations you may just fall in love with:

NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer

NARS-Pure-Radiant-Tinted-Moisturizer-Campaign-lo-res1The Concerns:

  • You have Normal, Combination, or Oily Skin
  • You don’t want the full coverage of a foundation, but do want to even out skin tone
  • You suffer from hyperpigmentation, age spots, sun spots, or acne scars
  • You want a product that is very hydrating, but oil-free
  • You want your skin to not only look, but feel better over time
  • You want hardcore sun protection

  • I love the Nars TM! It adds just enough coverage without making you look too “made up”. Nars always wins! Don’t even get me started on their blushes…

Question. As beautiful as the Black model in this photo is…why must these people jump from “Oh So Fair” to “Midnight Magic” as far as the shades of these foundations? Is it because it’s tinted? (I’m still somewhat new to all the technicalities of makeup). I mean, DAMN, what about all the other millions of shades of brown? This is why I mostly only go for products from companies made specifically for black people. I use Fashion Fair…I used to use Iman, and I use Dermablend for my body….
