Let’s face it, many of us have not had the best life. We’ve been hurt, been done wrong, and have the scars to show for it. But moving on and letting go of our past anger, grudges, and pain not only lifts a weight from our shoulders, but it frees up our heart and mind space to allow positive things to come into our lives.

If you feel like you’re being weighed down or held back by a traumatic experience, bad relationship, horrible parents, shady friends….choose to let it go. Whatever you have to do–pray, meditate, see a therapist–commit to freeing yourself so you can live the life you want.
