“You don’t have to have a bad attitude to get a better one. All too often we resist a change because we assume change means that we were “not OK” which hurts our self-image.

Your attitude may be great right now…and it can get even better. Why not get better? Why not do more, be more? Why not extend those limits?” – Thomas D. Willhite

Change is difficult. It can be scary. It can almost feel like admitting defeat. But you know what? It’s also necessary. Everything in this world evolves and adapts to its surroundings and to the dynamics of life, so why not you? Whether you love yourself just the way you are or you want to revamp your whole life, sooner or later you’ll be forced to make a change. Resisting it will only cause stress, tension, and conflict.

Life is way too short to spend time refusing to be the best possible person you can be. Get better.

Happy Wednesday!
