Yes, you read it right … it appears the dearly departed “King of Pop” Michael Jackson is in another child molestation controversy. But this time, Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew won’t have a chance to boost their ratings breaking down what it means if Michael shows up to trail in pajamas and Nick Cannon’s recent wedding coat.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, choreographer Wade Robson — who claimed he frequented the infamous Neverland Ranch — filed a lawsuit against the Jackson Estate for compensatory damages after years of alleged sexual abuse.
Robson apparently met Jackson at the tender age of 5-years-old, claiming he was Jackson’s friend up until the age of 14.
Many are asking why Robson, 30, is just now speaking out about the alleged sexual abuse when he had a chance to pinpoint MJ as a serial abuser in Jackson’s 2005 molestation trial, but professional dancer denied any molestation by Michael.
Check out some of the other details from TMZ:
Wade’s lawyer filed legal docs May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor’s claim against the Estate. In the documents, Wade’s lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint “for childhood sexual abuse.”
Wade’s lawyer has filed the actual complaint under seal — which means it’s not available to the public. Sources tell TMZ … the complaint specifically outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson.
Wade’s lawyer also mentions a psychiatrist who treated Wade — the doctor is a leader in the field of child psychology.
Interestingly … in the 2005 molestation trial, Jackson’s former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when the boy was 8 or 9 years old.
