    Yeah, music helps, especially sing along songs…singing along drowns out my sorrows, or the voices in my head that is aggravating the situation. Reading: reading anything that takes me away helps too, and if possible, sleeping has a charm to it, though the problem is still there, you might see yourself looking at it in a different, or a much more bearable light. Bananas, known to contain tryptophan, helps in mood improvement too
