Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban recently went “Full Cuban” and is catching a lot of flack for it. Cuban recently spoke at the  annual GrowCo conference in Nashville, and warned attendees in advance about his profanity he was going to use.

The discussion had a variety of topics, but when Donald Sterling came up, Cuban had a few unsavory words to say. “I know I’m prejudiced, and I know I’m bigoted in a lot of different ways. If I see a black kid in a hoodie on my side of the street, I’ll move to the other side of the street. If I see a white guy with a shaved head and tattoos [on the side he now is on], I’ll move back to the other side of the street. None of us have pure thoughts; we all live in glass houses,” Tennessean.com reports.

Last time I checked, there were plenty of black guys on the Mavericks and I’m sure a few of them have hoodies. God forbid they’re walking down the street across from Cuban.

Check out a clip from his appearance below:

Well I guess one can say something about his honesty. Archie Bunker was honest too, though.

I think he was just saying we all have prejudices and preconceived notions, just to varying degrees. I know that i live in Newark,NJ and if i see any of those people he described, walking down the street by myself, i gonna jump to conclusion and call someone on my cell until i get past them. Sorry!

Nothing new here. At least he’s honest. Donald Sterling wasn’t and isn’t the only one. The NBA and I’m sure the NFL is is full of racist jack wads. This is who these people are. We need to stop being shocked and surprised when these things come out.

Jesse Jackson made a very similar statement years ago. Quite a parallel in concept. http://www.goodreads.com/quotes/5978-there-is-nothing-more-painful-to-me-at-this-stage
